All services are rendered in accordance with respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or proposals, where applicable. Denken Technologies does not guarantee service continuity in circumstances beyond its control, including acts of nature, governmental actions, or legal restrictions.

3. Communications and Consent
By using our services, you expressly consent to be contacted via:
- Voice Calls
- SMS (Short Message Service)
- WhatsApp Messages
- RCS (Rich Communication Services)
These communications may include, but are not limited to: transaction confirmations, order updates, verification alerts, and service notifications. Denken Technologies shall not utilise your contact information for unsolicited promotional content without your prior and explicit consent.
You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate and up to date. We disclaim liability for any loss or delay in communications resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

4. Legal Compliance and Geographic Restrictions
All products and services sold via the Platform are subject to applicable Indian laws and regulatory constraints. In the event that a transaction cannot be fulfilled due to state-specific legal restrictions, any payment received in advance shall be refunded or credited accordingly.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post, upload, or share any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of any intellectual property rights.
- Distribute spam, unsolicited advertisements, or harmful software.
- Attempt unauthorised access to the Platform, its services, or other users' data.
- Engage in any activity that may disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of the Platform.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, with or without prior notice, and legal action if deemed necessary.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, trademarks, audio-visual elements, and design features, is the intellectual property of Denken Technologies or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of this content without express written permission.

7. Payment Terms
All payments for services rendered must be made in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise agreed. Denken Technologies shall not be liable for:
- Authorisation issues with payment instruments
- Technical failures during transaction processing
- Declined payments due to bank-related issues
Invoices and billing terms will be outlined within individual contracts or proposals.

8. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Denken Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of:
- Use or inability to use the Platform or services
- Any unauthorised access to or alteration of data
- Third-party content or products
- Delays, failures, or interruptions beyond our control
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the services directly giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform or any part of our services, with or without notice, if:
- You breach these Terms or applicable laws;
- You engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct;
- Required by law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination, your rights to access the Platform shall cease immediately.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

11. Modifications and Updates
Denken Technologies reserves the right to amend or revise these Terms at its sole discretion. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
